How and when? What kinds of documents do you need? Where to send them? Here is a simple step-by-step list which outlines the application process. ✨

🔸 Step 1. REGISTER IN THE UNIVERSITY’s ONLINE RECRUITMENT SYSTEM

That’s one small form for you, one giant leap for your career. Register in our registration system – fill out the form with your data, and attach scans of your diplomas to validate your educational background. Then choose the programme, pay the registration fee (85 PLN) and upload scans of the required documents.

🔸 Step 2. OFFER LETTER

When the registration fee is paid and your documents are evaluated by the Faculty Commission, you will receive the Offer Letter. Then, after the end of admission, you will be asked to pay the tuition fee in advance.

🔶 Step 3. VISA PROCEDURE

Now it is time to go through a set of formalities. Visit the Polish Embassy or Consulate webpage, check the list of all required documents for a student visa and make an appointment. You will probably be asked to present confirmation of tuition fee payment – keep us posted!
