Our partner institution – Özyeğin University – warmly invites staff members of Opole University of Technology to take part in the International Staff Week, which will be held on 11–14 May 2026 in Istanbul, Türkiye.
This four-day program is addressed to administrative staff of higher education institutions, in particular those working in international relations offices and related units. The event offers an excellent opportunity to exchange experiences, establish new international contacts, and learn about good practices in the field of higher education internationalization.
The Staff Week program includes, among others:
- partner presentations, discussions, and a Partners Fair focused on institutional good practices,
- networking activities and speed meetings with academic coordinators and members of international committees,
- sessions on current trends in higher education, such as internationalization, digitalization, and the use of artificial intelligence,
- interactive workshops on intercultural learning and innovative working methods,
- a cultural program allowing participants to experience Turkish culture and the unique historical atmosphere of Istanbul.
Participation fee:
- partner institutions: 50 EUR
- non-partner institutions: 150 EUR
The fee covers, among others, coffee breaks, lunches, transportation between campuses, a Bosphorus dinner cruise, and a guided tour of Istanbul.
