OBJECTIVES

  • to develop competence in quality assurance processes at European higher education institutions, enabling participants to improve their practical skills
  • to exchange experiences from the quality assurance, monitoring and evaluation processes in an international environment
  • to integrate and build an effective and compassionate team of people responsible for assuring the quality of actions

DESCRIPTION / METHODS / OUTCOMES

The event program will focus on seminars and workshops conducted by specialists in the field of quality assurance and maintenance in international educational institutions. Methods of maintaining quality used in other projects of a similar or identical nature will be presented. The workshops will aim to jointly advance procedures, improve existing plans, and develop further cooperation within the KreativEU consortium. Integration workshops, which are going to be an integral part of the BIP, will allow participants to discover and emphasise the merits of team members as well as strengthen cooperation between quality assurance and evaluation and monitoring teams.

VIRTUAL COMPONENT

The online meeting will take place on 1 December 2025 and will be designed in a form of evaluation and reflective session summarising the work completed during the on-site event. The online meeting will be facilitated by the diverse team of professionals from various fields, offering interdisciplinary perspectives relevant to different work contexts. The virtual component will also bring the participants together online to work collectively and simultaneously on assignments that are integrated in the blended intensive programme and count towards the overall provided outcomes.
