From 20–22 May 2026, students from our university had the opportunity to participate in the KreativEU International Student Festival hosted by Breda University of Applied Sciences (BUas) in Breda, the Netherlands.
The three-day event brought together students, academics, and industry professionals from across Europe to exchange ideas, collaborate on creative challenges, and explore innovative approaches to education, technology, media, and international cooperation. Through workshops, discussions, team projects, and networking activities, participants developed new skills while building connections with peers from different cultural and academic backgrounds.
The festival offered a unique environment where creativity, entrepreneurship, and international collaboration came together. Students not only gained valuable professional insights but also experienced the vibrant international atmosphere of Breda and the welcoming community of BUas.
Participating in KreativEU was an excellent opportunity to strengthen intercultural competencies, improve communication skills, and engage in meaningful discussions about the future of education and creative industries in Europe.
Below, our students share their personal reflections and experiences from the festival.
