Our partner institution from Luxembourg – the University of Luxembourg – invites employees of Opole University of Technology to participate in an international training week organized under the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Training program.
The training entitled “Job Crafting for More Happiness at Work – and How It Can Improve Productivity, Creativity, and Overall Well-being” will take place from 1 to 6 June 2026.
The aim of the event is to develop competencies related to so-called job crafting, understood as the conscious shaping of one’s work in ways that increase job satisfaction, productivity, creativity, and overall employee well-being.
